A simple recipe for roasting Wagyu beef short ribs in a kalbi glaze from Double 8 Cattle Company.

2 Double 8 Cattle Company Fullblood Wagyu beef Short Ribs
1 cup Honey
1 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Ginger ( minced )
1 tbsp. Garlic ( minced )
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
10 Green Onions ( separate white and green parts )
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp. Red Chili Flakes
1/2 cup Sesame Seeds
3 cups Water
