Kale Broccoli Salad with Creamy Coleslaw Dressing - A delicious salad that is loaded with fresh vegetables and topped with pepitas and a creamy dressing!

• 2 cups washed and chopped kale
• 1 pacakge of broccoli slaw (with cabbage and carrots in it)
• 1/3 cup Mayo
• 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar (or White Wine Vinegar)
• 1 Teaspoon Honey
• 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
• 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
• 1/2 Teaspoon Celery seeds
• Sunflower or Pumpkin seeds for garnish
If you want to shred the cabbage and broccoli yourself you will need : 1/2 cup red cabbage, 2 cups green cabbage, 2 cups broccoli (use a box grater or food processor with the appropriate blade for shredding).
