1/3 medium-size zucchini
1/2 medium-size banana
1.41 oz (40 g) sliced cucumber
1 fl oz (30 ml) dairy-free milk
Topping:
1 strawberry
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
1/2 tablespoon hemp hearts
2 tablespoons whole oats
