Ingredients like Onion, besan, turmeric powder, dhania-jeera powder, red and green chilies, ajwain, Salt to taste, Oil for frying, and Very little water to mix these all Ingredients in a good manner. Make Kanda Bhaji and Serve, with garlic-groundnut chutney, which gives an extra kick to this Indian Snack and the hot cup of tea make this Rainy season.

1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp dhanajeera powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 green chillies, finely chopped
