1 kg. MINCE MEAT
2 POTATOS ( CUBED AND PEELED )
1 cup PEAS
1 GINGER ( THINLY CHOPPED )
1 ONION ( DICED )
2 TOMATO ( SLICED )
tsp. GINGER GARLIC ( PASTE )
1 tsp RED CHILLI ( CRUSHED )
1 tsp CORIANDER ( POWDER )
1 tsp CUMIN SEEDS
1/2 tsp TUMERIC ( POWDER )
1 tsp SALT
1 tsp GARAM MASALA
1/2 CORIANDER ( LEAVES )
4 GREEN CHILLI
1/4 CUP OIL ( OR GHEE )
2 cups WATER
