A rich and filling summer drink made with saffron, yoghurt and cardamom as main ingredients. This delectable lassi makes for a wonderful making lip-smacking relish that is a must have every afternoon.

Fresh Curd:
1 Sugar - 5 to 8 tsp
1 cup Kesar Spice Drop - 2-3 ml
1 cups Cardamom Spice Drop- 2 drops
1 cups Ice-cubes -4 to 5
1 Sugar - 5 to 8 tsp
1 cup Kesar Spice Drop - 2-3 ml
1 cups Cardamom Spice Drop- 2 drops
1 cups Ice-cubes -4 to 5
Put all the ingredients in a blender/mixie and blend well till smooth and frothy.
Serve chilled.
