Keto BBQ Tandoori Lamb Cutlets

Tandoori Lamb Cutlets are best on the barbecue but you can also cook them on a grill pan.

8 lamb cutlets
1 tablespoon Ghee
MARINADE:
2 tablespoons ghee
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon ground turmeric
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon chili paste
200 grams mixed salad leaves
2 cups mixed baby tomatoes
2 handfuls rocket
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 red onion sliced thinly
SALAD DRESSING:
tablespoon avocado or macadamia oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic

Add all the spices and minced garlic to a large bowl and mix thoroughly with the melted ghee to make a paste. If you're going with chili, add it now and mix it in thoroughly.
