We found it's not really a 15 minute recipe as the name suggests, rather it took us around 30 minutes, perhaps we are just a bit slower haha! The recipe is so delicious, we added some ginger paste and garlic salt to the Parmesan crumb, we also added some shallots and coriander to the cauliflower mix. We think our enhancements really work!
