Keto Green Smoothie
This superfood smoothie packs a powerful antioxidant punch and has only 4.3g net carbs. It's also exceptionally high in fat. And at over 250 calories in a serving, it almost makes for a whole meal. Drink it fresh or keep it in the fridge for one day maximum to preserve its antioxidant and nutrition benefits.
2/3 cups spinach
1/2 avocado ( chopped )
1/2 tsp. Matcha green tea powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract, sugar-free
1 tbsp. MCT oil
1 tbsp. Swerve
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
2/3 cup water
- Combine all ingredients in a food blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Serve immediately or keep in the fridge for up to a day.
