"Keto mushroom and beef stroganoff" offer a small serving of quality beef fillet, accompanied by a large proportion of high-fiber onions and nutrient-dense mushrooms.

FOR THE STROGANOFF:
2 eye fillet steaks
2 brown onions
2 cloves minced garlic
4 cups portabello mushrooms
1 cup full fat biodynamic yogurt
1/2 cup full-fat cream
1 beef stock cube
4 tbs coconut flour
1 Juice of lemon
teaspoon Himalayan salt
teaspoon Cracked black pepper
3 tablespoons ghee
2 tablespoons butter
FOR THE CAULIFLOWER RICE:
1 cauliflower
tablespoons ghee

Make sure after you wash the cauliflower that it's dried well. Otherwise, you won't get the great texture that simulates individual grains of rice.
