½ cup butter ( softened )
½ cup powdered Erythritol
8 oz. cream cheese
8 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (½ teaspoons) baking powder
1 teaspoon powdered lemon zest or lemon extract
2 (½ cups) almond flour
Icing:
¼ cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons powdered Erythritol
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
