Serve Keto Prawn Pancakes with some extra prawns and a healthy trans-fat free mayonnaise.

1 cup almond meal
teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 cup peeled and chopped cooked prawns
1/4 cup ghee

Put the almond meal in a bow. Beat in the egg and then add coconut milk a little at a time until batter is smooth and lump-free. Add the prawns.
