A low-carb take on a popular Mexican dish, this chili contains only low-carb ingredients but tons of flavor to make it taste like the real thing. chicken breasts meat ( skinless, and boneless, sliced )
1 (½ cups) chicken stock ( made with bouillon cube )
2 cloves garlic ( minced )
4 oz. can chopped chilies
1 jalapeno ( chopped )
1 green bell pepper ( seeded, chopped )
1 small onion ( chopped )
3 tablespoons butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1 (½ teaspoons) cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
¼ cup heavy cream
Salt ( to taste )
