Key-Lime Pie Bars

My favorite pie made into \\\"bar\\\" form with a graham cracker crust and delicious key lime filling

For the crust
1 1/2 cups graham crackers crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
For the filling
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup sour cream
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup key lime juice*
zest of 1 lime
Fresh whipped cream, for topping, optional
