Oh-so-pretty kiwi tartlets with custard cream

For the pastry:

100 g plain flour
50 g butter
1 1/2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp icing sugar
For the filling:

100 g heavy cream
2 medium eggs
3 tbsp icing sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
