50 ml (3 tablespoons) milk or brewed coffee
60 g (1/3 cup) brown sugar

2 eggs
1 tablespoon cocoa
50 ml (1/4 cup) whipping cream
20 g (2 tablespoons) sugar
1 tablespoon dark syrup
25 g dark chocolate
25 g (2 tablespoons) butter
40 g gluten free flour blend
