1 tbsp Kolhapuri masala
2 cups mutton stock
3 tbsp oil
1/2 inch cinnamon
4 black peppercorns
2 cloves
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp poppy seeds
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1 cup grated dried coconut
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 cups mutton stock
3 tbsp oil
1/2 inch cinnamon
4 black peppercorns
2 cloves
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp poppy seeds
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1 cup grated dried coconut
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add cinnamon, peppercorns, cloves, sesame seeds and poppy seeds and sauté well.
