For the Chicken:
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast ( cut into 2 inch pieces )
2 eggs ( lightly beaten )
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
oil for frying
1 tbsp sesame seeds
green onions for garnish ( optional )
For the sauce:
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tbsp gochujang sauce
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
