If you are into spring & early summer, then it’s no doubt that you are also a lover of all things asparagus. I tend to have a love-hate relationship with this delicate vegetable. Sometimes it’s so goshdang delicious that I find myself eating plates of just asparagus until I’m embarrassed that I ate it all by myself, but other times it is severely overcooked & bland, leaving me feeling like I missed out on something wonderful. 2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 tsp roasted sesame seeds (or enough to coat)
Fresh green onions or chives, chopped
