Kung Pao Shrimp 🍤


Save yourself a trip to a Chinese take out and make this delicious Kung Lao shrimp at home. This classic Chinese dish is naturally low carb, loaded with vibrant, fresh veggies like green and red bell peppers, celery, water chestnuts and zucchini. There is no noodles, instead vegetables and shrimp are simmered in scrumptious, fragrant thick sauce.

  • Step 1. Heat oil in a large skillet.
  • Step 2. Add bell peppers, celery, zucchini and hot Thai peppers and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until slightly tender.
