1 Cup – Wheat flour
1/2 Cup – Ground Sugar
1/4 tsp -Cardamom powder
1/2 Cup -Dry Fruits (almond ,raisins and cashew nuts )
1/2 Cup -Pure Ghee
Melt the ghee in a heavy bottom pan and roast the wheat flour on low flame stirring continuously till it changes colour.Mix ground sugar ,cardamom powder and dry fruits in the roasted flour when still warm .Now make ladoos using both hands and press firmly .
