Leafy Salads with Chicken and Mushrooms

lettuce - 1/2 red + 1/2 curly
radicchio - 1 small head
mushrooms - 250 g small
Tomatoes - 4. cherry decoration
Onion - 2 small heads
chicken breast - 400 g

For the dressing
mustard - 1 tsp Dijon
vinegar - 1 tbsp white wine
cream - 100 g sour
yogurt - 100 g
Oil - 1 tbsp

Wash chicken and cut into strips. Peel the garlic and cut shaybichki. Meat and garlic are mixed and placed in the refrigerator. Lettuce, cleaned and chopped. Divided into 4 large plates. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Mushrooms cleaned and chopped. Wash the lemon and grate rind into thin strips. For the dressing in a small bowl mix all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and spread over salad. Cover with strips of lemon, onion and mushrooms. Over high heat, heat the oil and fry the meat. Fried chicken is seasoned with salt and pepper and put on salads. Cut the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle them. Optionally Serve salads with fresh baguette.
