A ridiculously easy, mild and tasty curry that makes great use of festive leftovers – perfect when you don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen!

1 clove garlic
100 g tinned tomatoes
100 g shredded cooked turkey
75 g cooked brussels sprouts
100 g low fat yogurt
