Lemon and Dill Roasted Chicken

Oven roasted chicken flavored with butter, lemon zest, and fresh dill.
1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
2. Zest the lemon, place the zest in a small bowl and set aside. Cut the lemon into quarters and set aside.
