Everyone loves a Vodka/Cranberry cocktail otherwise known as a Cape Cod. It’s a simple, light, refreshing drink. It’s easy to make. It’s a great party drink. I like to spice up my cocktails so they aren’t the same all the time. I have my “regular” drink and then there are days when I need a change. The Lemon Cape Cod is the perfect drink for those change days! Previously I had made lemon head vodka. I was trying to decide, besides drinking it straight, what I should make with it. It turned ou

2 ounces of Lemon Head Vodka (if you haven't made Lemon Head Vodka use 1 1/2 ounces of Absolute Citron and a splash of either lemonade or simple syrup)
Club Soda
Cranberry Ice Cubes

Fill your glass with Cranberry Ice Cubes
Pour in Lemon Head Vodka (or equivalent)
Top off with Club Soda
Garnish with lime
