This delicious lemon treat is great for parties and sure to be a hit.

Cream puffs

1 cup water

1/2 cup butter

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup flour

4 eggs

Lemon Curd

4 tsp lemon zest

2/3 cup fresh lemon juice

5 eggs

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup melted butter

1 container whipped topping ( I like Cool Whip extra creamy)
