2 lbs. raw peeled deveined Jumbo shrimp
1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
1/2 c honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup fresh minced chives

1 T minced fresh garlic
2 t salt
1 t pepper
