Lemon Orange Poppyseed Muffins! Lightly sweetened, creamy and bursting with citrus flavor. These muffins are quick to make, super soft and are a healthier treat! Gluten Free + Low Calorie

For the Muffins:
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 eggs
2 tbsp lemon juice ( melted )
1 tsp orange extract
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 1/2 cups Gluten free rolled oats
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 tbsp coconut oil ( melted )
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp orange zest
2 tbsp poppy seeds

1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
