Lemon Poppy Seed Bread:
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup full fat sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
1/2 cup whole or 2% milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoon lemon zest
