1 tsp cooking oil
1 tsp chopped green chilies
1 tsp chopped ginger
Few curry leaves
Few coriander leaves and stem
1 large tomato chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
1 tsp mustard seed
dash turmeric
1/2 tsp hing ( dissolved in water )
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin seeds powder
1 cup dal water ( 2 tbsp dal cooked in 1/2 cups of water )
