Lemon curd and raspberries pair perfectly in these overnight oats.

1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons lemon curd

In a small bowl stir together the oats, coconut, milk and Greek yogurt.

In a jar or sealable bowl spread 1 tablespoon of lemon curd.
