Citrus infused, moist and delicious ricotta cake and the creamiest vanilla pastry - you just can't go wrong!

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup ricotta
1 lemon
3 tsp vanilla extract
190 gr flour
3/4 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
1 vanilla bean
300 ml milk
200 ml heavy cream
1 tsp cornstarch
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
125 gr cream cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
