Lemon Roasted Chicken

1 whole chicken (about 3 - 4 lbs)
2 lemons
1/2 stick of butter
seasoned salt
pepper
6 - 8 sprigs of fresh thyme
4 - 6 whole carrots
10 whole garlic cloves, peeled

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
Zest one whole lemon, then cut lemon in half. Place lemon halves in chicken cavity.
