Lemon Roasted Chicken

1 whole chicken (about 3 - 4 lbs)


2 lemons


1/2 stick of butter


seasoned salt


pepper


6 - 8 sprigs of fresh thyme


4 - 6 whole carrots


10 whole garlic cloves, peeled
