1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter ( softened )
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons fresh lemon zest
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

2 1/2 (3 cups) confectioner's sugar

1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
2 1/2 teaspoons half and half
