½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons cake flour (if you don’t have cake flour, use an additional 1 cup AP flour)

6 tablespoons granulated sugar
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
½ cup very cold butter ( cut into ½-inch cubes )

Zest of 1 lemon
1 large egg beaten with 1 tablespoon heavy cream
!Glaze:
1 (½ tablespoons) heavy whipping cream
½ cup sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon lemon extract
Tiny pinch of salt
