This the easiest dessert to make on the planet and absolutely fool proof! No need to bake, no fancy gadgets or equipment, no skill required at all. Just three ingredients, a pot. The only hard part is waiting for it set before you can dig in.

3 cups heavy cream
3 lemons (juiced)
1ΒΌ cup sugar
-gently simmer cream and sugar until sugar just dissolves (about 5 minutes) -add lemon juice, stir and keep simmering another 3 or 4 minutes -pour into individual ramekins -pop 'em in the fridge and wait...
