A fun treat for St. Patrick's Day ! These are what Leprechauns eat to celebrate their magical holiday and your family will love eating them as well!

12 cupcakes
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour ( spooned and leveled )
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter ( softened )
1 cup sugar
2 eggs ( room temperature )
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup full fat sour cream
1/2 cup butter ( softened )
2 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2-3 tbsp heavy cream
Green Food coloring
