Lightened Up Chicken Noodle Casserole

Who doesn't love a chicken noodle casserole? It's just as homey as chicken noodle soup. This version is lightened up, but has the same familiar flavor as the original.

8 oz. wide egg noodles
12 oz. cooked chicken breast, shredded
¼ cup water
1 can of Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
1 tbs. Herbes de Provence
2 tsp. salt
1 tbs. dried minced onion
2 sprigs of fresh Thyme, leaves removed from stem
8. oz frozen mixed veggies (we use carrots, peas, green beans and lima beans blend)
½ cup chicken broth
? cup Italian bread crumbs
½ cup mild shredded cheddar
