Lime and Cilantro Chicken Kebabs

These kebabs have some serious flavor! Perfect for the Spring and amazing on the grill!
1/2 cup packed cilantro leaves
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup oil
4 medium cloves garlic, peeled
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
9 mushrooms, peeled and halved
1 large red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded, and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1 large green bell pepper, stemmed, seeded, and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1 large white onion, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes and separated into 3-layer segments
