For Choka:
1 brinjal
3 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 medium chopped tomato
1 chopped green chili
1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
For Filling :
1/2 cup sattu (black gram flour)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Kalonji (nigella seeds)
1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 chopped green chili
1 tsp mustard oil
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 tsp Ajwain
to taste chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp pickle masala (or aam ka aachar packet)
For Dough or Litti:
1 cup whole wheat
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp mustard oil
water as required
1/2 chopped onion
1 brinjal
