1 head of cauliflower, broken up into florets
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheese, shredded
3 green onions, chopped
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped or crumbled
salt and pepper

Bring a large pot of water to boil.
Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 6–8 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork.
Remove cauliflower from water and allow to cool.
Preheat oven to 350.
