Chicken and potatoes tossed with olive oil and seasonings, then topped with bacon, scallions, and melted cheese. So easy!

2 pounds chicken (I used 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
2 pounds red potatoes (about 5 large)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 pound bacon
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Romano cheese (you can use all cheddar)
4 green onions
