Super easy and quick lomo bowl or salad! These leftover beef and vegetables was a quick and easy way to make a brunch meal out of it!

Bowl :
1 cup beef ( diced )
1/2 cup rice
1 cup lettuce ( shredded )
1/2 cup cabbage ( shredded )
1/4 cup tomato ( seeded and diced )
1 egg ( fry )
3 tbsp lomito arabe sauce
