I've had a lot of experience over the past 20 years making no bake cookies. Some were good, others....well, not so great. (can you say "dry as the sahara?") This recipe turns out soft and gooey every time!

1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Butter
4 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
