1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 cup gluten free flour
1/2 cup gluten free oat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp mini chocolate chips ( dairy free )
