Delicious Beef Stroganoff so good you'll lick the spoon! I like to eat it over zucchini noodles for a filling meal.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 pound steak (I chose ribeye)
1 pound mushrooms (I like cremini)
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup beef stock, unsalted
1 cup heavy cream
