4 cups mixed greens ( chopped )
2 oz salami
1 cup grape tomatoes ( sliced )
1 cucumber ( diced )
3/4 cup red onion ( diced )
For the dressing:
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp parsley
