1 cup pumpkin puree
2 flax eggs
1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
