Low Carb Turkey Rachel
In order to get our turkey Rachel sandwich fix, we are going to need to reduce those carbs.
Making this sandwich traditionally requires rye bread. It's not good on the keto diet, so we are going to have to replace that. Low carb bread or lettuce wraps are good choices.
Having your turkey Rachel in a bowl will make it new and exciting, without needing to bake bread or wrap your sandwich!
