Low Сarb Meatloaf 🥘


Meatloaf has all the points in comfort food department, but if you're sticking to a low carb diet, the traditional recipe is not exactly low-carb friendly. Here's how to tweak it to make the carb count significantly lower.


Preheat to oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, erythritol, onion and garlic powder in a bowl and set aside.
